What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days, we'll send out a replacement wherever it's available. Please contact our staff for further details.

Can I cancel my order?

We generally do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. You may contact our support team as soon as possible an error is made and we will make every effort to intercept the transaction settlement and shipping process. Be aware that we do not guarantee that any changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Payment Options

We use stripe as our payment provider for extra security.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for such orders.
